HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING, LLC provides recruitment support, candidate coordination, employer staffing assistance, interview scheduling, application status communication, general human resources consulting, customer and candidate support, and employment-related educational information. Services for employers are provided under a separate written engagement, which controls in the event of a conflict with these Terms.

3. No guarantee of employment or outcomes

We are a support and coordination provider. We are not an employer of the candidates we coordinate with, and we do not make hiring decisions. We do not guarantee, promise, or imply:

• that you will be hired, placed, retained, or promoted;
• that you will receive an interview, a callback, or a response from an employer;
• any particular wage, salary, benefit, bonus, or level of income;
• that any role, opening, or process will remain available or be filled.

Any statement about a role, timeline, or process reflects information available to us at the time and may change without notice. We do not advertise guaranteed remote work or guaranteed income opportunities.

4. Not legal or professional advice

Information on this website, and general human resources consulting or educational material we provide, is informational and operational in nature. It is not legal, tax, immigration, accounting, or medical advice, and it does not create an attorney-client relationship. Employers and individuals should consult qualified professionals about their specific circumstances and remain responsible for compliance with all applicable employment laws.

6. Employer responsibilities

Employers engaging HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING, LLC remain solely responsible for their hiring criteria and decisions, for the accuracy of the role information they provide, for compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment, anti-discrimination, background screening, and privacy laws, and for any offers of employment they extend.

7. Communications Consent

By providing your email address or telephone number, you authorize HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING, LLC to respond to your inquiry by email or telephone. Providing a mobile telephone number alone does not constitute consent to receive text messages.
