Services

Eight support services, described exactly as they are delivered.

HUMAN CAPITAL CONSULTING, LLC provides administrative, coordination, communication, and consulting support. We do not make hiring decisions, and we do not guarantee employment, interviews, placement, or compensation.

01

Recruitment support

Administrative and coordination support across the hiring process, from intake of role requirements to organizing candidate information.

We assist employers with the day-to-day administrative work of recruiting: documenting role requirements, organizing incoming applications, and maintaining orderly records of candidate communication.

Our role is support and coordination. We do not make hiring decisions on behalf of an employer, and we do not guarantee that any role will be filled or that any candidate will be selected.

02

Candidate coordination

A single, consistent point of contact so candidates know what has been received and what comes next.

We keep candidates informed about the steps in a process they have entered, confirm what documents have been received, and answer procedural questions in plain language.

Candidate coordination is communication work. It does not create an offer of employment and does not influence an employer’s independent evaluation of an application.

03

Employer staffing assistance

Practical help for employers organizing staffing needs, role documentation, and process structure.

We help employers describe openings clearly, structure a consistent review process, and keep documentation organized across multiple concurrent roles.

Assistance is provided as a consulting service under a written engagement. Employers remain solely responsible for hiring decisions and for compliance with applicable employment laws.

04

Interview scheduling

Coordinating availability, confirmations, reminders, and reschedules between employers and candidates.

We collect availability from both sides, confirm interview details in writing, send reminders where the participant has agreed to receive them, and handle reschedule requests.

Scheduling an interview is not an indication of outcome. Interviews may be canceled or changed by the employer at any time.

05

Application status communication

Clear, factual updates on where an application stands within a process.

We relay the status information an employer has authorized us to share — received, under review, scheduled, or closed — and we say plainly when no update is available.

We do not speculate about outcomes, timelines, or compensation, and we do not provide information an employer has not authorized us to release.

06

General human resources consulting

Consulting on process design, documentation practices, and internal communication for people operations.

Engagements typically cover process mapping, documentation templates, interview structure, onboarding checklists, and internal communication practices.

Our consulting is informational and operational in nature. It is not legal advice, and clients should consult qualified counsel for legal questions.

07

Customer and candidate support

Responsive help by phone and email for both employers and candidates during an active process.

Support covers questions about how a process works, what information is required, how to update contact details, and how to withdraw from consideration.

We respond to inquiries during business hours and confirm requests in writing whenever a change is made to a record.

08

Employment-related educational information

General, non-promissory educational material about applications, interviews, and workplace expectations.

Educational material covers subjects such as preparing a resume, understanding a job description, preparing for a structured interview, and following up appropriately.

Educational content is general information only. It is not career placement, not a guarantee of an interview or job, and not a substitute for professional or legal advice.
